Welcome to Alisha's Cupcakery. I am Alisha and I look forward to helping you create your special cake.
All my cakes and cupcakes are custom made to suit your needs. From the basic cupcake to cakes for all kinds of special occassions. Childs birthdays, milestone birthdays, smash cakes, engagement cakes and even hens and bucks night cakes or cupcakes. I will endeavour to give you a beautiful cake.
As my cakes are custom made, prices will vary depending on your wants and needs. I ask that you be patient while I work on doing a quote for your cake. Though I will do all that I can to have it for you as soon as possible. Also please note that I cannot, and will not, copy another persons cake design without their permission. If you come to me with a picture, I cannot garuntee my cake will look exactly like it as it is a custom cake. No two cakes will ever look exactly the same.
Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer or via paypal. If you choose bank deposit or paypal, payments must clear into the account before the cake is picked up. If you pay cash, final payment must be made when the cake is picked up. Information of these details will be given out via private message when payment is made.
As of the 7th of July 2013, I will require a deposit of 40% on all orders to ensure your booking and cover the cost of ingredients. If the cake is cancelled less then two weeks of the date it is booked for, the deposit will be non-refundable. Also if the cake is not picked up, no refund will be issued. I don't like to do this, but I need to ensure I am covering my costs. The only exception to making a deposit is for the cupcakes I make each week to sell from my page. Any other order is required to pay the deposit. Any orders I already have are not required to pay the deposit. Deposits will need to be made within a week of booking your date.
As a side note, I want to put it out there that anykind of negativity or bullying will not be tolerated. I will delete any offensive posts without warning and the user will be banned from the page.
